"Polite, professional and knowledgeable. Did lots of diagnostic work to pin point what creating the problem on our boiler. Found the fault and explained would order part and call me back same day to book in repair appointment. I was called back within 30 mins with appointment to fit pump. Really impressed with the service they have provided to us."
