    "Hired a plumber to unblock our sewage, moved the blockage further up the pipe into our neighbours property ( although our section of the pipe was unblocked the entire pipe was not!!) more distressing was that raw sewage was left spilling over in our driveway path and all into our garage ruining property inside. We had to call another provider to clear the drain and the mess and then spent 2 hours cleaning it ourselves, paid £150 for this shocking service. Our house stank of sewage and with a baby inside this was highly distressing and unsanitary. Called 5 times and was told a manager would contact us , no call back, no apologies no refund.i don’t know if the service from the plumber or the company was worse."
