"Alan Ade the owner of the company was due to come tomorrow morning, after I called him this morning. He called me a short time later, to ask if I would be available this afternoon, which I was. He was punctual, polite & very friendly. He explained what he needed to do & what it would cost up front. As he went along, he showed me what he was doing & why. Before he left, he went back & checked that everything was now working. His price for the work & the part were very reasonable. He fixed the problem and, as he was leaving said, “If you have any issues with it, just call me & I’ll come back.” I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him & his company to others & will be happy to use them again."
