    "Electrolux oven repair. My oven was not heating up, and I put a job on check a trade. Alan made contact straight away, and came round the next afternoon, which was on a Saturday. Alan was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He found the issue quickly, had the part and got it fixed straight away which was great! I was surprised how reasonably priced he was and it was great to deal with someone who was experienced and who didn't mess me around. Thoroughly recommended"

    "A faulty heating element was causing my NEFF fan oven to repeatedly trip the electrics. The problem was instantly detected and the defective part replaced. Great service. I highly recommend this trader"

    "Alan was polite, made sure that I explained the issue with my oven to him clearly so that we both understood what would need to be done, and gave a very reasonable quote. He came out the very next day, on a Sunday! and repaired the oven in about an hour, if that. His fee was lower than his quote! The oven was back up and running beautifully immediately and we had a baked dinner that night to celebrate. He saved us having to buy a new oven and pay for installation, several hundred pounds! Could not recommend him highly enough."
