We are a family-run business, offering roof, hard surface, render cleaning and protection services to customers throughout Herts, Beds, Bucks and London.

Our goal is to provide you with an alternative and cheaper solution to having to replace your roof and hard surface areas, with our cleaning and protection services.

We can provide you with a simple soft washing option for roof moss removal, or a roof pressure washing/steam cleaning service and added roof tile sealing and protection. We also offer the same services for all your external hard surfaces too.

We are looking to build long term relationships with all our clients both past and present and aim to provide you with honest advice to find you the best possible solution for the job in hand.

We currently have 13 years’ experience in the exterior cleaning industry.

Our team are fully trained for working at heights, City & Guilds assured in soft washing and Smartseal trained in the pressure washing and sealing industry.

We aim to make sure our jobs are completed with the correct processes, and approved products, whilst keeping you and us safe in the process.

Our team will arrive at your property on time, in work uniform, and driving a branded company vehicle.

    "I have used A&R several times in recent years. As before, this time they were polite & professional. The job this time was gutter cleaning. They not only did this but discovered & rectified a couple of issues ( eg blocked feeder pipe to my water butt, slipped tile near the guttering) which they fixed for no extra charge and told me after they had done this. The receptionist at the company was also pleasant and helpful. They remain a company I intend to use again."
