    "Andy is a star - he fixed broken toilet (was on constant flush) & performed full boiler (5 year) strip down service. And provided photos of before & after boiler efficiency readings. Also set clock timings & checked chimney in loft."

    "Andy Lander's great experience in the trade is obvious from a first meeting. He suggested a sensible replacement for an old, inefficient boiler and provided a fair, detailed estimate which we accepted. The boiler was ordered and delivered quickly and Andy was able to complete the job over a couple of days. His work is very neat and tidy, and we have great confidence in his workmanship. We are very satisfied with the completed job and would certainly recommend Andy to others."
