"Asked to repair a flat roof, they made a lot of promises beforehand and on the day just replaced the existing flashing and applied lots of sealant without attempting to source the leak. So it still continued to leak afterwards. On the day of work they spotted an adjacent flat roof where the flashing had come loose which I must have missed when I was on the roof the day before. Luckily they spotted it as it would have caused thousands of pounds of damage. I won't be using these guys in the future for obvious reasons."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. The roof in question is not a flat roof, it a handmade polycarb leanto. We advised that it needed taking down and replacing with a new one. The customer didn’t want that and asked us to do a repair. We told them that we couldn’t offer a warranty as it was just a repair which they accepted and asked us to continue with the repair. Kind Regards A Class Fascias & Roofing"

"That company is really spot on. I had a problem with my roof, they came extremely fast, make me the best offer and finished everything we were talked about. Also, they make a full inspection of my roof and make repairs of a thinks that I didn't notice from down side that they are broken and all that in the price of the best offer I received so far, compared with other companies. Big thank you to all of you guys."

"Mark, Charlie and Jack did a great job of renewing gutters and cleaning soffits and fascias plus renewing roof felt where needed. 3 nice lads. Would definitely recommend"
