"Koray was excellent, can't recommend him enough. Very polite, very quickly quoted for the work. When he was here, he fitted the locks and amended the position due to a warped door so that my elderly mother in law was able to comfortably lock the door from both sides. At no point did I feel that he was rushing to finish to get away, he took the time needed to complete the job which became more complex due to the warped door. He cleaned up, provided a warranty, gave a detailed invoice. Very professional."

"Koray was fantastic! He responded with a quote for my failed mortise lock within 90 minutes—the first to reply by far. He could have fit me in same-day, I chose a next-day slot instead. Before confirming, I checked his credentials, trade body membership, and recent customer ratings—all excellent. The other quick quote I received was from an unaccredited locksmith charging 50% more and sounded a bit dodgy. Arranging the visit was easy. Koray was prompt, personable, and highly professional—he really knows his stuff. At my request, he audited all my locks, replaced another one at my discretion, and honestly advised that the others were secure enough. I’m delighted to have found a great local tradesman and will be sharing on our street WhatsApp group. PS If you haven’t heard of lock-snapping (affecting many older Euro locks, even doors with multi-point locking), look it up—intruders can break in within seconds, hence my other lock upgrade. Don’t wait if your locks are out of date!"

"Koray came to my rescue when I broke my patio doors after the lock had become stiff and refused to lock. He came the same day as I reached out with my initial enquiry. Not only did he manage to secure the door so we were safe at home. He was able to work around my schedule and come back at another time and date that was convenient for me. As we are in the middle of renovations and with lots of people coming and going, it was so refreshing to have a tradesperson be honest, trustworthy, punctual and complete the job when he said he would at a time he said he would arrive. I cannot recommend Koray enough. He is a true gentleman professional who is 100% genuine and an excellent craftsman. Our doors are no longer made and he was able to source the parts needed and fit them perfectly. I can honestly say any future customer will be very impressed by his skills and customer service."
