    "I called for a quote for my mother's leaking chimney and roof that had been unsuccessfully "repaired" numerous times over the years. Shane came straight over and immediately identified the issues and discussed his recommendations as to what needed to be done. Good communication regarding when they would arrive and they were prompt on the day. Shane made sure everyone was happy before they left and also followed up with a call to check the following day.     "I queried Shane & Co for an estimate for some roofing repairs. He came round to survey, explain & quote within 24 hours. Subsequently arranged for the work to be carried out within 48 working hours. Shane's team were incredibly knowledgeable, polite and timely, left things in a clean state after works were completed.     "1st-Stop Roofing did a great job repairing my dad’s slate roof and stone chimney. They were prompt doing the work, did only repairs that were necessary and the price for doing the work was fair. Shane is very professional, knows his trade inside out and very easy to deal with. I didn’t feel pressured at all. Shane kept me informed of the work progress and consulted with me if other issues were found. I have nothing negative to say. I strongly recommend 1st-Stop Roofing for all roofing matters and will definitely use them again!"
