    "Shane visited quickly when I noticed a leak. He explained everything when giving me a quote, and allowed me time to ask any questions. We discussed the various options a available, such as a repair or a full roof replacement, so I was able to consider the options before going ahead, and didn't feel pressured to spend more than what was needed to fix the problem.     "I called for a quote for my mother's leaking chimney and roof that had been unsuccessfully "repaired" numerous times over the years. Shane came straight over and immediately identified the issues and discussed his recommendations as to what needed to be done. Good communication regarding when they would arrive and they were prompt on the day. Shane made sure everyone was happy before they left and also followed up with a call to check the following day. Great friendly, honest and professional service and we would highly recommend the company and use them again if ever needed. Many thanks!"
