"Craig and Tom are great lads, they have done a great job of removing and rebuilding an extension. They came early in the mornings and finished late when it was required. They were friendly and professional keeping us informed at each stage of the rebuild and under difficult circumstances of the provision of materials affected by the government lockdown guidelines, they worked hard to complete the job within predicted timescales. Both lads actually went the extra mile for us and we would recommend them for further work in the future. Their calm approach and professionalism was very reassuring and they kept all their work within the guidelines of the local authorities building control department. We are very pleased with the outcome of the the rebuild."

"I've used 1st Construction before, so thought I'd get quotes for a new patio. Very prompt with the quote. On accepting the job, I them received a detailed contract. They arrived on time, polite and very tidy. My choice to do the job at a weekend and again not a problem for 1st Construction. I'm very pleased indeed with my new patio. And I'm now booked in to have the front and side of my house pointed. Would highly reccomend 1st Construction really nice lads. Thank you 😊😊"

"The guys responded extremely quickly to my initial enquiry and understood exactly my requirements. There was a slight issue about the skip not arriving on time and so the start date was delayed, but the team worked extra hard to complete the job on time. Overall I was pleased and the work was completed to a good standard."
