A warm welcome to 1st Call Services.
We are a family owned business that has proudly been serving our customers in the Essex area for over 20 years.
Although we offer a wide range of plumbing services, our core business is in the installation and replacement of Gas Boilers. All our customers get a 10 year no quibble parts and labour guarantee. We can also offer finance in the form of either: buy now pay later, interest free credit or a loan.
We install, service and repair a wide range of boiler makes. We do however prefer to install Worcester Bosch boilers. We believe that only Worcester Bosch have the quality and service that we want for our customers. We have been the largest local, independent installer of gas Worcester Bosch boilers for some years and we are the only DIAMOND Accredited installer in the SS area.
Our commitment is to provide all of our customers with a high level of service, whilst providing the best and most efficient solution for their needs, home, budget and the environment.

"David and Buell did such an efficient, neat and quick job of installing our new boiler today. They were very friendly and polite, and arrived at the time they advised. We expected the job to take much longer than it did! Our old boiler stopped working Saturday night, we called on Sunday and left a message, they got back to us Monday morning and came out that same day to have a look at our boiler. We ultimately made the decision to go with a new boiler, they arrived the following day at 8am and got on with installing the new one, they were finished by about half 1! The whole process was seamless. Very pleased to have heating and hot water again, thanks guys!"

In a nutshell we have no problem in recommending this company , we would use again. David and Buellie were a well organised work machine, hand in glove almost. It would take too long to list their positives but much quicker to list the negatives as there were not any. Keep up the good work lads !""

"Fantastic, very honest and good work I highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest boiler repair. We had originally called a local repair who wanted to charge us nearly £500 for work and a part, however being the suspicious type I didn't feel happy with what was being said. I went looking and came across 1st Call Services, they came out looked at it informed me it didn't need a part but it was clogged so they cleaned it all up and made sure boiler was working well, at a fraction of the cost. They were polite and helpful and I cannot recommend them any more highly 5 stars all the way. Thank you"
