    "From first contact, Andy was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. For example, he offered to come to review the problem the next day. On the initial call, he gave an hourly rate (which was competitive) and a time estimate for the job. He came in under the time estimate and charged us accordingly which was a pleasant surprise. All work done well (as far as I know) and left the area very tidy. I’d certainly recommend to others."
