"Received first-class service from 0800 resolving a long-standing leak with very awkward access. From the very first contact with Rebecca to the two first-rate engineers (Ross and Gary) who came to site the team could not have been more helpful, professional, courteous and focussed on getting the issue resolved as quickly as possible. They also have the backup of tradespeople to make good any works required for access. This is a 'single point of contact' operation that I would recommend to anybody."

"The young man arrived when at the time specified, was polite, friendly and very efficient. The work was completed quickly and to a very satisfactory standard. He cleaned up after and the only way I could tell work had been done was the fact that everything worked! I am very happy with the work done, and would have no hesitation in using 0800 Homefix Ltd again, or recommending them to others."

"t was a great service from Jordan in the office to Ricky who did the work. RIcky removed a sink so that a washing machine could be moved out and replaced. He then plumbed the new washing machine (which was not part of the booked job) and put back the sink and cupboard. He was knowledgeable, quick and very tidy."

"Toilet bowl was replaced from old to new, there was as issue with the old was due to the way it was originally installed when the house was built. Eddie found a solution and recommended a further visit to complete the job. Everything was sorted and job was completed to a great standard. Eddie was very professional and courteous."
