"James was extremely polite, and explained the issue clearly to me. He arrived on time on both occasions and the work was carried out quickly and thoroughly. Unfortunately there was a delay in the parts arriving which wasn't conveyed to me initially. This meant that I was required to take time off work for a delivery and a planned appointment that never happened. This could have been communicated better by the team."
