"Homefix answered the phone promptly. They asssured us a plumber would be at our address within a couple of hours. James was indeed present within that time and after ascertaining the problem assured us that it could be fixed within a couple of hours. I asked him when would be the next available appointment and he confirmed that he could carry out the work there and then. I was quite shocked but very happy as he was as good as his word. I can not fault Homefix and would highly recommend them and James again should the need arise.."
