"John came out to assess a water pressure issue at my parents house. 4 hours from issue raised via CheckATrade to problem solved. John was very nice and polite, identified our problem and was able to fix it, clearly explaining the issue and subsequent solution. He also spotted an unrelated issue with the house’s central heating, which we were grateful for his expertise to identify, so that we could do something before a bigger issue materialised. Would recommend"
