The ELECSA certificate scheme is available to businesses and individuals working in building services. Certifications include Part P for contractors working with electrical installations, the Microgeneration Certification Scheme, or MCS, for those installing renewable technologies, the Green Deal Installer scheme, for contractors installing energy efficient technologies and products, and the BAFE approval scheme, for organisations and individuals responsible for the installation of fire alarm and detection systems.
