Trust A Trader was created to help consumers to find trustworthy, local tradespeople and companies that they can rely on, free from the risks of rogue traders. As part of our endeavours to encourage best practice, we support and promote membership of relevant professional bodies, such as the British Structural Waterproofing Association.
The British Structural Waterproofing Association was established to improve and maintain standards within the structural waterproofing Industry. The BSWA offer three full membership categories, which enable members to display the BSWA logo: Manufacturer/Distributer, Consultant, and Contractor. An additional Probationary Contractor membership is available to contractors who have been trading for fewer than three years, and who are not yet eligible for full membership status. Members benefit from a number of services from the British Structural Waterproofing Association, including Continuing Professional Development via additional qualifications and training and access to publications, including “Waterproofing Existing Basements” and “Basement Waterproofing Design”. A stringent vetting process means that all BSWA members are proven experts in their field.
