A missed appointment can be left for a trader when they have missed an agreed appointment with a customer.
Appointment agreements can sometimes be a little vague, so when missed appointments are reported we need to determine if they are accurate. Usually the trader will contact us with their version of events if they feel they have not missed an appointment.
If the trader has missed more than one appointment with a single customer we tend to place just one 'missed appointment' on the trader’s profile, for clarity.
A missed appointment will show on the trader’s profile for a duration of 6 months. After this time the appointment will be removed automatically by the system.
