Our building services company Z&S Construction has evolved from a family with a strong building background. Having been a sole trader, and team leader within the construction industry for over 10 years, I decided to build my own team and execute my passion for building by creating a business that is now firmly established in London. Since then, we have been helping customers throughout London and the surrounding areas, providing professional, trustworthy building services.
We have extensive knowledge and specialise in extensions and loft conversions. We also have a high portfolio of kitchen and bathroom installations. We pride ourselves on quality work with a massive emphasis on making a clients’ vision come to life.
Each contractor that works for Z&S Construction is fully qualified and insured and delivers on timekeeping, quality of work and value. In addition, we are affiliated with CITB Construction Industry Training Board, which is a professional body created to uphold best practice within the building industry. In addition, we hold First Aid at Work Certification.

"Zouhir (Z&S Construction) has just completed a house renovation project for me. The house had been wholly untouched since at least the 1970s, was in a very poor state of repair and everything about it needed a complete overhaul. In short, he brought the house into the 21st Century with a very high quality finish which all visitors have complimented. He led all building work including the installation of a new kitchen, new bathroom and new roof as well as the removal of some outdated features. His team completely rewired and re-plumbed the house and replaced all of the interior fittings including lighting and flooring. He has also renovated the garden to create a really nice outdoor living space. Throughout the project he was flexible to my requests for specification changes, very easy to get hold of and a pleasure to work with. Overall, I am very happy with the job and the price, and I thoroughly recommend Z&S Construction for any building and garden repair work you may have."

"We had a wonderful experience working with Z&S construction to remodel our 4 bedroom home. From start to finish, they are professional, efficient and very skilled at doing the work. The team of z&s construction showed a very good skill in the field of interior design and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. They completed the project on time and under budget, and the results are stunning. I highly recommend Z&s construction to anyone looking to renovate their home with a reliable and talented team."

"Z&S construction repaired the flat roof in our kitchen, installed new fencing and built a new external side door for our property. The work undertaken was to a high standard and completed on time. They were polite and professional throughout. We were very happy with the work and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future."

"Z&s construction Team Worked very hard during the six months that they were renovating my home. They consulted me at each step and tried to minimise the impact on my every day living. They provided a detailed quotation to which they adhered. At the end of each day they tidied up as best they could so that I could spend a comfortable evening. They were very punctual, provided their own refreshments and were polite at all times"
