UCS Construction are based in Highgate and cover all of London and the surrounding areas.
Established since 1985, we will ensure all our work is carried out to the highest possible standards and specialise in Basement Conversions.
We offer a fully bespoke design service and can convert your basement to your exact requirements, staying in close contact & working with the client at all times to ensure that you are completely happy with the end result. All of the tradesmen we employ are fully qualified to make sure every aspect is completed to the highest standards. We project manage the entire job from start to finish and due to our many years in the trade have built up excellent contacts, meaning we can source the highest quality products at the best possible prices, resulting in savings that we then pass on to our customers.
We would also be more than happy to introduce you to our architect & structural engineers whom you can have a one to one to discuss your needs.

"We had our laminate kitchen floor taken up, and underfloor heating and tiles put down, as well as all our skirting boards replaced, and electrical sockets recessed. UCS were good about providing broken down quotes, the jobs were done well, and they even came around in the evenings to do follow-up work, meaning the job could be completed quicker. They were very knowledgeable, and also provided useful tips and advice."

"Richard did a great job doing a complete refit of our new bathroom. He was really helpful, experienced, and had good solutions for even the smallest of our questions. He carried out the job exactly as he said he would and was an excellent and courteous communicator throughout the job too. Great attention to detail and came back to make sure the finishing touches were completely finished. Doug was a great assistant and also very polite. Thank you!"
