"Richard is a very courteous and what I would call a good old fashioned honest reliable roofer, someone you can have confidence in and rely on. He visited our property and was knowledgeable and thorough in inspecting our roof. He forwarded an competitive estimate within days. Once we decided to go with Richard he kept us fully informed all along and if we questioned or needed him back to check anything even after he had finished he was back here even on a Sunday morning. We have a 12 year guarantee on the work and we are totally satisfied and would recommend him as we did to our niece who also used his services who I believe was more than happy. Well done Richard you are a good skilled roofer."

"Ok from the first contact I explained the situation from then I got updated all the time, and as it was I risk things could fall on kids next door phone call one day assessment next day and next day complete on time updated every progress and a very good job thank you."
