"When Richard first turned up I wasn't sure if I would use him but the more we spoke I felt more comfortable and confident that he would do a good job so it's worth having a good chat with him. He did a really good job and I was really happy with the end result, plus he didn't overcharge us and worked out to be excellent value for money. His communication is a bit slow and was a bit disappointed as the work was delayed a day. However the job did get done and it was done to a very high standard so worth the wait. Thank you."
