"John today finished our annexe built for my mother in our garden. I have only positive comments for the whole team - groundwork team, plasterers Alex and Ryan, Chippy Gareth, Electrician Andy and John himself who worked both as project manager and hands-on builder The whole build was well coordinated and beautifully finished. I was always involved in decision making and John went out of his way to make sure we were informed and happy. Can totally recommend Pinnacle to anyone who wants a professional builder, you won’t be disappointed."

David - Image 1 "We engaged John and his company Pinnacle to build a two storey extension to our existing house in 2021. Large gable end style bedroom extension and further extended our kitchen entertaining area downstairs. Professional, caring, on budget. I would highly recommend them."

"We have employed an Expert Witness Surveyor and have his comprehensive report on the extremely poor quality work he carried out building a single storey extension at our property. We were left with walls not built to the right specification to accommodate kitchen units, ill fitted bi fold doors that don’t work properly, roof work that requires rectification and massive cracks in upper floor walls due to insufficient support being used during the ground floor knock through. There are a host of other substandard issues. We gave him an opportunity to rectify and he failed to do so and now we are facing significant costs to complete the project. He has since refused to engage with us and we are about to commence full litigation against him."
Trader reply: "The client had no problem with the work even asking us to carry out extra works during the build, until we carried out the knock through. From that point on his attitude changed and refused to talk to us, We are still owed a considerable sum of money but he refuses to let us return, in my many years of trading on and off this platform this is my first negative review."
