"Being fairly local, Paul was kind enough to fit me in between other jobs on the same day that I called about a boiler breakdown. He was able to identify the exact fault on my 20+ year-old boiler within 5 minutes, and within half an hour of that had sourced the required part (which was not easy to come by due to the age of the boiler). Barely 48 hours after my initial call, the boiler was back up and running. Paul was friendly and good-humoured on both visits, and his encyclopaedic knowledge of boiler models and their faults was hugely reassuring. His rates were also entirely reasonable. Will definitely be using him for my boiler servicing in future, and have recommended to friends and family since."
