Northdowns Interiors has been established since 2008. Sarah Lockton and Daniel Harris are a brother and sister partnership who have joined together to continue the long-standing family profession. Northdowns Interiors is based in Caterham (Surrey), serving Caterham, Coulsdon, Warlingham, Godstone, Redhill, Reigate, Purley and all surrounding areas.
Northdowns Interiors has been established since 2008. Sarah Lockton and Daniel Harris are a brother and sister partnership who have joined together to continue the long-standing family profession. Northdowns Interiors is based in Caterham (Surrey), serving Caterham, Coulsdon, Warlingham, Godstone, Redhill, Reigate, Purley and all surrounding areas.
Their father, Trevor Harris, has been in business for over 30 years working in the local area specialising in painting and decorating, and carpentry and joinery. Working with his father for 5 years, Daniel developed his craft and gained a C&G qualification in carpentry and joinery. Daniel is the fourth generation to qualify in his family.
Sarah worked for William Hill Interiors for over 7 years, running the curtain department and also gaining experience in interior design, including full room colour schemes, made to measure curtains, wallpaper, carpets, upholstery, cabinets, and lighting. In 2008, the qualified and experienced brother and sister decided to merge their talents and crafts, creating the now highly-respected and trusted Northdowns Interiors.
In 2011 Sarah’s husband, Anthony, joined the company to bring his set of skills to the business. Having previously worked with Sarah at William Hill Interiors and then for Hammonds Furniture, working on design and colour in both roles, he retrained in tiling and plastering.
