"Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. Moorclay rectified the problem of poor water flow and temperature to our bath and shower. The problem originally began when a different local firm installed a bath and shower mixer unit which they recessed into the wall alongside the bath. Looked good but water flow was always poor and then the unit temperature part failed. For over two months we waited for the firm to fit a replacement part which never arrived. We later found out that the unit was made in China. So cheap, poor quality and no ready spares. Chris at Moorclay was our saviour. He removed this sub-standard mixer unit, filled in the hole and re-tiled. He then put in new pipework and fitted a great twin tap mixer unit onto the bath with an attached shower. We now have great water flow with reliable temperature. We were so impressed with the service we received from Moorclay and would highly recommend them to everybody including our friends."
