Furthermore, our flexible payment plans allow you to pay as each stage of the work is completed that means we dont require a big deposit up front. The final payment is due only after a satisfactory inspection from Building Control.

"I was very pleased with the work from East London lofts. The team were very hardworking and completed our loft conversion in under 6 weeks. They worked with us during this time and were flexible, making suggestions and letting us choose what created the best solution for us. I had two small children who were at home whilst the work was being carried out and although there was obviously some disruption the team were very helpful and friendly and tried to be as unobtrusive as possible. "We had a double dormer loft conversion done by East London Lofts in autumn 2011. The building works were done so quickly with minimal disturbance and on budget. During the whole process everyone were extremely polite and professionel. Not once did we feel short changed and if any problems arose quick solutions were found. I will also add that if there were details we did not like despite not discussing it upfront, they were quick to offer to change it at no additional cost. The quality of the finish was better than expected and we would recommend anytim"

"We are delighted with the work carried out for us by East London Lofts to create a beautiful extra room and en-suite bathroom where previously we just stored old boxes.
