"Just had an extension built by C L Builders Bolton. To say we are over the moon is an understatement, Carl came and quoted and gave us a start date, the lads arrived promptly and were friendly and professional, cleaning up each day, the external and internal work was to a great standard, they even did some little extras at no extra cost. I can’t recommend Carl, Jimmy and their team enough and will certainly use them again when I need further work done later on in the year."

"Job: Lower chimney breast removal, install structural support steel, false ceiling with spots, plaster room. Extra: fixed chimney top that was growing a garden that the previous cowboys failed to mention. Communication: Fantastic, they was always just a message or call away to answer any questions. Kept me fully updated throughout the job even when I was away sending me pictures stage by stage. Punctuality: Always on time, even Saturdays (rare for builders nowadays) Job: The property is a bit akward for accessibility, but Carl and his team still managed to get a 6meter structural steel beam in seemingly no problem at all. Any issues that arose was delt with swiftly and nothing was a problem for them. Once the job was finished, he even came back in his own time to fix an issue left by a cowboy outfit that I had in previously for no charge! If you want honest, reliable builders with decent morals, you can't go wrong with Carl and his crew, one of the few remaining that care!"

Mark - Image 1 "Carl & Jimmy came out to my property after I had damp issues in my bedroom after a recent storm. They came the day after I called and were on time. Work included having the chimney re-pointed and flaunched, my bay window needed the roof replacing. New gutters, cavity trays and facia boards were fitted and all rendering repainted. All work was completed to a good standard and at a reasonable price too."
