"I really appreciated the communication before the job. With some trades, all you can do is book an appointment not really knowing what you might be in for when they show up on your doorstep. Cat plumbers asked for pictures and video of the situation so they could make an estimate before coming round. Seems like the logical thing to do to me. Very happy with the work they did."

"I contacted Justin on Tuesday afternoon and he came out early Wednesday afternoon to repair a leak from my toilet which had seeped through to the kitchen below. Justin arrived when he said he would, and was really polite and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the issue and had it fixed in no time. He explained the issue to both myself and my partner. He's a tidy worker and cleaned up when finished. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Superb service. Thank you!!!"
