"Absolutely top notch service. I honestly can’t recommend Tony highly enough. From the moment he arrived it was clear that he takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about getting things right for the customer. He did a brilliant job, what really impressed me was his attention to detail, even with the exposed pipes, he took the time to make sure everything was finished neatly and looked aesthetically pleasing. He was reliable, courteous and on top of all that, the final price was very fair, in fact less than we originally agreed. A rare find these days, and someone I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family."

"Tony is the epitome of everything you want from a plumbing and heating engineer. With an old house like ours, we've had to call him out several times over the years for different issues. He is always responsive, turns up when he says he will and brings deep knowledge of his trade, always delivered with a calm and intelligent approach. Yesterday's issue was a corroded water pipe which had sprung a leak, and was fixed with zero fuss and total professionalism. As water was running down our internal walls, he moved things around to get in an early triage and then came back and fixed it the same day. We could not ask for more. 100% recommend"

"After several visits my central heating is still not functioning correctly. The trader has missed appointments and is no longer returning my calls or responding to messages. I would not recommend this trader."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. I visited the property and was told that some of the radiators have never worked. On checking I found that the pump had burnt out. I mentioned that the system needs to be power-flush, and a new pump fitted. My recommended pump was the commercial pump because of the number of radiators. A smaller pump was fitted as requested by the customer. On leaving the property the heating and hot water were working.
