Finding your trader Enter the trader's name, or something close, then click Search .
A list of traders will then be displayed, from which you can select.
Alternatively, you can find your trader in the usual way, from the Find trusted... search at the top of the page, and then select to Write a review from the trader's details section.
When did the work take place? Please let us know when your trader finished the work for you.
Don't worry if you can't remember the exact date, just specify the approximate day of completion.
Initial impression Was the trader polite and helpful from the first moment of contact?
How easily did they understand your requirements, and how clearly did they explain their plans to complete the work?
Punctuality Did the trader arrive on time, or early (but not too early!), on every day that they were carrying out work for you?
Were any breaks a reasonable length of time?
Cleanliness If appropriate, were sufficient coverings laid down to protect your property?
Was work done with care, to minimise dust and dirt?
Was any mess cleared up properly afterwards?
Quality Were you happy with the standard of work completed by the trader?
Was every aspect of the job given enough attention and finished as required?
Did the the work live up to or even exceed your expectations?
Value Did you feel the completed work was good value for the agreed cost?
Were any products or fittings bought and used by the trader of an appropriate value for the job?
Overall Did the finished work meet your expectations, or exceed them?
Were you disappointed in any way?
Rate your level of satisfaction with the completed job as a whole, in comparison to your original plans as agreed with the trader.
Anything else to say? Here you can add any relevant detail about how the trader performed on your job, in addition to the ratings above.
