    "Artash from Nice Touch Property Services has been extremely helpful in the past few years maintaining our 2 investment properties. Artash is always pleasant and easy to deal with, both for myself and our tenants. Without exception, his work has been of a high standard, and it is always reasonably priced. If he can't do the job, or isn't qualified, he will be honest about that and let you know, but invariably he'll still engage the right resource and manage the job end-to-end. He's very flexible too in terms of working outside normal hours, especially in the case of emergencies. I can't recommend Nice Touch Property Services highly enough."

    "Artash was recommended to me by a friend. His work was speedy, very professional and he is easy to work with. Very reasonable prices. Artash is returning in a week or so when the weather is better to do some outside work. He can turn his hand to most home improvements. I have no hesitation in recommending him."
